Description
The Winco TGFP-10NS is a 10-5/8 in. non-stick induction ready fry pan with a Tri-Gen tri-ply stainless steel construction. The Tri-Gen Tri-Ply design features a magnetic stainless steel base, an aluminum core, and an 18/8 stainless steel cooking surface, allowing this fry pan to be used with induction, gas, and electric burners. The cooking surface is coated with the Excalibur non-stick coating, which helps prevent food from sticking to the surface of the pan. The handle is riveted to the pan body and features a hollow triangular shape, providing excellent comfort and maximum control.<p
